Molds

The first step was to create silicone molds for all three face parts.

Then it was time to wait.

I carfully removed the foam core from the silicone and the sculpted pieces.

The next step was to mix and pour the resin into the molds.

After the resin dried I could carefully remove the resin pieces.

I will need to duplicate the face plates many times now, so I can sculpt Hanna's many expressions.
